Shipping Policy

All orders are processed within 4 to 7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. Processing times vary from product to product, so make sure to double check product descriptions. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. Please note that processing times are NOT the same as shipping times, and they indicate the amount of time needed to make and package the product before shipment. Though shipping estimates tend to be accurate, Tillie Ro is not responsible for any shipping delays that occur through mail carriers.

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

USPS First Class : 3 to 6 business days

USPS Priority : 2 to 4 business days

USPS Priority Express : 1 to 2 business days

International Shipping

We do offer international shipping. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. International shipping costs do not include any added tariffs that are specific to the destination country.

International orders deliver in 6-10 business days. This does not account for any delays that may take place in customs, which can potentially extend the delivery date by 1-3 weeks.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Tillie Ro is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at tillieroandco@gmail.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Cancellation Policy

I do not accept cancellations after the order is placed, since it is sent directly to production. I also am not able to change any information such as size, style, or address once the order is placed.

Return Policy

Please email us at tilllieroandco@gmail.com before sending out your item. We gladly accept returns recieved within a 30 day window. Returns received after this 30 day window will not be accepted. Please include your order slip in your return.

Tillie Ro does not provide return labels, and shipping costs are not eligable for a refund. All items must be tagged, unworn, unwashed, and show no signs of wear. If these conditions are not met, the return will not be processed.

Personalized items as well as Big/Little Reveal shirts do NOT qualify for refunds.
